These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and QQASIA88 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://qqasia88.cam and all associated services, platforms, tools, and content provided therein (collectively, the "Platform").

QQASIA88 operates an online casino, sports betting, and gaming platform serving players across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond. By accessing the Platform — whether to place a sports bet on an EPL match, participate in a live casino game, or use any other service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued access to or use of QQASIA88 services constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to open and maintain an QQASIA88 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. QQASIA88 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all real-money gaming activities, consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your place of residence before registering.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other form of gambling restriction that would prohibit your participation in real-money gaming services.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract — you are not under guardianship, legal incapacity, or any other condition that would render this Agreement void or voidable.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other individual or legal entity.
• You have not previously had an QQASIA88 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the QQASIA88 Platform at any time. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering for an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registered information and promptly update any details that change after registration.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notify QQASIA88 immediately via live support if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise make your Account accessible to any third party.

QQASIA88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the registration details provided are inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete. QQASIA88 also reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

Your use of the QQASIA88 Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use, which apply across all products and services offered — including sports betting on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and other competitions, live casino games, slot machines, esports betting, and any other feature made available on the Platform:

• All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. QQASIA88 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• QQASIA88 reserves the right to void any wager or game round in the event of a technical malfunction, incorrect odds published due to manifest error, or a game software failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Real Money Balance.
• Game outcomes on all RNG (Random Number Generator) products are determined by certified random number generation software. Results cannot be influenced by QQASIA88, by the User, or by any third party.
• The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. Gaming outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
• QQASIA88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, product, or feature at any time without prior notice, except where such change would materially affect a User's existing confirmed wager.
• Users accessing the Platform via mobile devices (Android or iOS) accept that connectivity issues arising from their device or mobile network provider are outside QQASIA88's control and do not entitle the User to any compensation.

QQASIA88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and supported cryptocurrency equivalents. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20).
• QQASIA88 does not charge fees for deposits. However, fees imposed by payment service providers or blockchain networks are the sole responsibility of the User.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as stated on the Platform's cashier page.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. First-time withdrawal requests will trigger identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum of MYR 50 per transaction. Daily and monthly limits apply, varying by account tier.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to same-day processing. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
• QQASIA88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

QQASIA88 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to the User's Bonus Balance and are not immediately withdrawable. They must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the total aggregate bet volume required. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated for each promotion. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirement completion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash at face value without completion of wagering requirements.
• QQASIA88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or revoke a bonus that has been credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• A User may not hold more than one welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim duplicate welcome bonuses via multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• All bonus offers are subject to expiry dates. Any Bonus Balance that has not been wagered in full by the stated expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• QQASIA88's migration bonus programme is governed by these general bonus terms in addition to the specific migration programme conditions communicated at the time of application.

QQASIA88 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before releasing any bonus winnings above specified thresholds, regardless of whether the User has previously completed verification.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the QQASIA88 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Collusion: Any form of fraud, cheating, collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including placing matched or hedged bets to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, is considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means, is a criminal offence. QQASIA88 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account per individual, household, IP address, or device for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute in respect of any deposit made to QQASIA88. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent account termination and potential legal proceedings.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, falsifying KYC documents, or misrepresenting your age, jurisdiction, or identity in any manner.

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the QQASIA88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software code, game content, graphics, sound effects, promotional materials, and written content — are the exclusive property of QQASIA88 or are used under valid licence from third-party rights holders.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use QQASIA88's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or non-commercial capacity without express written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of QQASIA88's Intellectual Property may give rise to a claim for damages and will result in immediate account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QQASIA88 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to, or unavailability of, the Platform caused by circumstances outside QQASIA88's reasonable control, including internet service outages, force majeure events, government intervention, or third-party service failures.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss, and QQASIA88 accepts no liability for losses suffered in the ordinary course of gaming.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account caused by the User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits QQASIA88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

QQASIA88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its products and services. The following provisions reflect this commitment:

• Minimum Age: The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. QQASIA88 employs robust KYC processes to verify the age of all users prior to permitting withdrawal activity.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time via the Account Settings panel. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may enable session time alerts that notify them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary self-exclusion for periods ranging from seven (7) days to six (6) months, or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform may present periodic reality check prompts to users who have been actively gaming for extended durations.

QQASIA88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request from QQASIA88.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory directive, or court order requiring account restriction.
• Identification of the Account holder as a Prohibited User (under 21, self-excluded, or legally restricted).
• Account inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account procedures, including any applicable balance handling, will be communicated to the User at the registered email address prior to any action being taken.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, QQASIA88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including Real Money Balance, Bonus Balance, and accrued VIP points. Where closure is at QQASIA88's discretion for operational reasons unrelated to User breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method.

QQASIA88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — affecting User rights, financial obligations, or Platform access — QQASIA88 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to the registered address on file.

Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the Platform, except where a later effective date is expressly stated. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the date on which the most recent revision was published.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
